How TermTone handles personal data in connection with its website and Prologue.
Information we process
We may process account information you provide and the bilingual glossaries and related content you create in Prologue. We also process technical information reasonably required to operate, secure and support the service.
How we use it
We use this information to provide and improve Prologue, synthesize requested speech, maintain reliability, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Service providers
Prologue uses Supabase for backend services and Vercel for hosting. Russian-language text is processed with Yandex SpeechKit and other supported languages with Azure AI Speech. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and payment service for purchases.
Retention and rights
You may request access to or deletion of your personal data. We will honor applicable rights and delete or anonymize data when appropriate. Certain transaction, tax, fraud-prevention or compliance records may need to be retained when required by law.
