Payments
Lemon Squeezy processes payments as merchant of record. Prices and any applicable taxes are presented at checkout and calculated according to the information supplied during purchase.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented at purchase. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Requesting help
Use the support link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt or customer portal and include the email address used for the purchase and the relevant order details. Do not send full payment-card details.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. The time for funds to appear may depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
