The basic terms for using TermTone services, including Prologue.
The service
TermTone develops professional language software. Prologue helps users turn bilingual glossaries into personalized learning materials with synthesized speech. Features and availability may change as the product develops.
Your content
You are responsible for text, glossaries and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use that content and ask TermTone and its providers to process it.
Accounts and subscriptions
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Paid plans, renewal terms, prices and applicable taxes will be shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe the rights of others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, distribute malicious code or process content you have no right to use.
Service reliability
Language processing and speech synthesis may contain errors. The service is provided without a guarantee of absolute accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Professional judgment remains essential.
Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. TermTone may suspend or terminate access to address material violations, security risks, non-payment or legal requirements.
Governing terms
The governing law and dispute provisions will be confirmed and published before paid services begin.
